Default Volvo D3 stage 1 remap (4 cyl)

Hi, has anyone remapped their D3 (4 cylinder) and if so what kind of bhp/mpg changes have you seen from it? Most remap threads focus on the 5 cylinder version of this engine, not the later 4 cylinder.
(2018 V40 D3 R Design)

Thank you

Volvo, v40 d3 320nm torque is the correct one I think. Take the figures with a punch of salt, maybe get 180-190bhp.

What’s the point, it’s a gutless car. If you want performance sell it and buy a D5 surely?

The VEA D3 engine is a goodun. Not as powerful as a D4 or D5, but in my wife’s V60 R-Design Lux Nav Geartronic it’s a great engine, and it’s faster off the mark than my own VEA-engined V70 D4 Geartronic.

In the smaller V40, I imagine that it’s a lot of fun just the way it is.
