Try Turtle wax tyre dressing . I sprayed some onto some black plastic trim and it stayed black for weeks ,unlike the product sold for the trim that only seems to last a few days .I have been using is for a couple of years now. It's just like a silicone dressing but does the job well and doesnt harm paint if you spray it .

I find the Autoglym Bumper and Trim Gel works really well. It lasts for ages and doesn't look too glossy. Apply it with a small sponge rather than a cloth makes it easier and more consistent.

Gtechniq C4/C5 or C1 (2 years ish)

or

Carpro Dlux (2 years ish)

or for a less permanent solution for about 3-4 months try Carpro PERL.

I have used a heat gun (very carefully) or a hairdryer on plastics before and it brings them up a treat just be careful it lasts a lot lot longer than quick fix liquids

Seconded. I've used this for years with uniformly good results. The only issue is that UV-degraded plastics will rapidly lighten up again after being restored to their dark shininess with the gel.
