Rarer than rocking horse poo. LHD are still plentiful so could be easier to convert the car to LHD.

Partsforvolvos had a batch of 50 pattern RHD braces made and I was lucky to buy the last one about 4 years ago. They said at the time that no more would be made as they were too complicated to make - getting the bends just right and not enough margin.
