Hi, you will be welcome in any car - it's not the car, it's the person who's interested in Volvos! However I think that there would be a line drawn if you wanted a Volvo garage to put a non-Volvo on the ramps for advice!

Well, you could but I think I know the sort of advice it would be

You'll be very welcome!!! It will be nice to meet you again if you do make it so fingers crossed!! If possible, please call MRG (01249 443300) and let them know what you would like to have done so that they can order in and keep any necessary parts which they may need.

Just an update on this meet folks; I believe that if there is sufficient demand, MRG may try to "borrow" some cars from Volvo UK, for people to test drive on the day. If this is something you may be interested in, please contact MRG (01249 443300) and speak to Daniel Phillips, the sales manager, to register your interest. Certain terms and conditions may apply (e.g. you will need to bring your driving licence etc.) so I would encourage anyone who is keen to test drive cars on the day, to get in touch with Daniel beforehand.

This is really going to be a cracking meet!!!!

Default Room for a little'un?

I'll be there, perhaps a tad later in the day.
I'd like to get my C30 up on the ramps to see what's underneath it.

Default Important Notice For All Attendees

Another update: the Autoglym man will be there to sell Autoglym products at trade prices, he will not be set up to do any detailing work on cars.

On a very important note, most of the work on the day will be carried out in the workshop, which itself is a place where MRG generally do not allow people, other than their own staff, to enter. Hence, I would have to stress that everyone entering the workshop needs to take additional care and does so at their own risk and neither the forums which have advertised this meet, nor MRG can be held responsible for any mishaps which may occur. There will be certain areas within the workshop which will be cordoned off on the day and I will have to ask all members to please respect those cordones. As previously mentioned, anyone is welcome but I would have to urge members who are bringing children to please keep them supervised at all times, especially in the vicinity of the workshop; with ramps, equipment and tools etc., it is potentially a dangerous area for our budding forum members . A lot of effort has gone into organising this meet and I sincerely hope it will be the foundation for more such meets at MRG in the future, hence it is imperative that we do out utmost to avoid anything which could potentially jeopardise that.
