Default Variable Nozzel Turbo Govenor & No Vacuum

Having read the diagnostic codes on my XC90 D5 AWD 2004 today, the errors included the ERG valve (no surprise there then!) and also "Variable Nozzle Turbo Governor). What/where is the latter - is it the TURBO CONTROL GOVERNOR VALVE aka Part 30637251?
Any experiences of the VNTG out there?

Thanks DaveBB.
I've removed the Turbo Boost Control Valve and refitted but still got problem. Did a vacuum test and that confirmed, after tracing all small bore vac pipes, that rear engine mount is not holding any vacuum so ordered another mount. Might have been that no/serious lack of vacuum had been causing problems. This weekend's work sorted then!
I'll come back with an update after weekend.
