Default EXH manifold and OIL breather help

My 2.3LPT has blown a manifold gasket. Whilst Turbo is off are there any other gaskets etc I need and things I should be checking? Also as the car has just passed 200,000 miles it will get new cam belt, water pump etc. Thought it worthwhile to clean oil breather/flame trap. Will I need any gaskets etc for that job? Plus any tips for makeing the work easier. How many aspirins and cups of coffee?

It might be worth getting a gasket to fit between the manifold and Turbo. They aren't standard on 940's but were fitted on V70's and similar. The Volvo part number is 8642450. The manifold and turbo flanges warp over the years, I filed mine a bit flatter but the gasket can help make a good seal.
It would also be worthwhile replacing the gasket and seal on the Turbo oil drain pipe.

I bought a new breather box for my car as although they can be cleaned out it's difficult to get all of the junk out of them. There is an O ring on the bottom of this where it fits against the engine block.

I'd change the two hoses on the oil/water heat exchanger.

I wouldn't bother with the water pump unless it's actually necessary. However the radiator rarely lasts more than 150K miles.

Thanks for that will order the bits. Radiator seems sound but will look at it closely.

The necks start to crack, they have a metal insert and it expands cracking the plastic, in extremis the neck breaks off entirely

I'd also have a look at the core plugs, they'ree probably OK, but paint them when they're accesible.

Heater valve can also fail at high mileage.
