2017 XC90 Headlamp Adjustment

Apparently after a MOT I need to adjust the height of one front headlamp which is beaming too low. Can anyone help with how to actually do this?

Mine were too high on delivery.
There are two hex bolts per headlamp for adjusting up/down and left/right. From memory of another forum post they are 6mm hex bolts. The MOT centre should have adjusted them for you really since they’re the ones with the correct measurement equipment, the alignment should be part of the test really.
