Default Need advice

I have A 4 month old xc90 bought new unregistered, gear box noises since new.
Volvo has had it for 4 weeks in this time and problem undiagnosed
now in for 5th week and they are starting to agree its the gearbox.

Should I accept a replacement box or reject the car as why should i spend 30k on something thats patched up and hs not been right since new ???

all advice very welcome

Yes let them fit a new gearbox if thats what they think .. you cant have it back as it is ... they cant have been working on it full time for 4 weeks though , i bet it has been in the corner for most of that time ..

No it been back 4 times for a week each time and thats why i feel like rejecting it as I told them originally it was gear box but they ignored me and during the four visits brakes, suspension etc pulled off and refitted. I feel my new xc90 has been pulled apart on training excercises to satisfy volvo uk.
you dont spend 30k and get major componant failure and lie down to give volvo a quiet life. It should be sorted on week 1 or not let back oout till put right, thats what bugs me

I don't see why you've started a new thread discussing the same stuff as your previous thread on this? It's only a few posts down from this one too.
