Spotify update won’t install - Page 5

Worked for me today. Paused a while at 43% as it usually does.

Well, the issue is solved. Whatever the cause could be, Volvo has fixed it.

Not fiixed for me; last few days I've been getting 'failed to install, error report sent..."

Really frustrating.... Spotify is to go the for music in the car.....

Initially it had the update available

After repeated 'fail to install' I deleted the app

It came up as a new up, but STILL fails to install.....

Lost count the amount of times I've tried

Premature declaration of success for me - the app (apparently) downloaded but when I try to log in i get the circling blue wheel of nothingness going round and round ..... and round and round

Well, now it downloaded and updated properly . Whchever was the cause, Volvo has already fixed it.
Could have been worse ...

I had the same problems. Deleted the Spotify app, but it is now not on the list of available to install aps. Ie Spotify has vanished!

Any ideas how to get it back as available to install? (Yes I have tried turning it off and back on again)

ok, I did not wait long enough. 48 hrs later, Spotify has reappeared. Downloaded again ok.

My V90 has been parked on Anglesey since Wednesday, on starting the journey home today the 'software updates available' message came up.

The map update downloaded and installed first, all OK, followed by the Spotify app update. By the time I reached home in Cheshire both were finished and all OK, although spotify did scroll on 43% for a few miles.

It seems whatever was the problem is now sorted!

Uninstalled / reinstalled.
Entered login details.
Spinning wheel of death...............
Zilch.... will not login. Have tried 6 times now.
Looks like a trip to the dealers 😫😫
