well, YOU started it!

honestly, if you want improvement but dont want to sell kidneys - replace what you have with GOOD set (highly recommend Brembos/ATEs + ceramic pads 140GBP), braided hoses (60GBP) and reflush of higher spec brake fluid (30GBP?) and after that IF you still think its not good enough, gather money for a serious swap .
thats what I would do :>

And that’s what I will do too. If then I’ll still have this car.

Till I need to fix some other bits including my BT mic.

I just checked my wheel and I think it’s safe to say that a bigger 336 would fit in really nicely.
I’ve read somewhere that some RS upgraded disk are the best option as opposed to the XC90 but being able to use a mill and lathe, makingthose bushings/shims for the centre hub difference does not sound too bad tbh.

We’ll see. I’ll sleep on it (a couple)!

Oh wow, those 320 looks a bit "lost" there, you are right
on my 17' those fit snuggly and actually look more "look what I can do" :P

Recommend getting braided steel brake lines (all round), my brakes are very sharp after braided steel lines, new pads and discs and that's with the 280mm caliper.

My god putting the new bits of rubber into the mountings which hold the brake lines in place was a painful swear inducing job though..

Could you give me a link to the brake lines? Or just any type?
Thx for the PM btw! Helped a lot. I have my eyes on the Black... brand. Read a lot good stuff about it.

What do you think?

Greg

Black Diamond?
See my sig ...? :P

DHK661 is what you need for 320mm T5 setup, not sure what set you need, though, probably the same?

Probably these ones: https://www.goodridge.co.uk/products...12853130821697

Worth checking though..

As I said in my brake job writeup, I think I would give other braided brake line brands a go if I did it on another car. I wasn't convinced with Goodridge's claim of it being an "exact OEM match".
