Default Bumper removal: any tutorial ?

I want to remove and swap bumpers, first the front bumper and perhaps the rear bumper as well at a later time. I haven' t found any tutorial with pics or video. I had a mechanic do it for me once (front bumper) but he used the method of removing the bumper along with the fat beam behind it, he said that's his preferred method as you then just separate the two more easily. But this time I just want to swap the bumper (plastic part). I wasn't able to watch everything he did, and it took him about an hour
which means X 2 for me at least .

My concerns are after I removed all the screws (provided I know where all of them are, e.g.: wheel arches, belly pan), what happens with the various lighst that are connected. Are there clips that leave the bumper still attached and which may break upon removal if procedure is incorrect ? And can I do it by myself or is it a two person job (given wires etc.) ?

I swapped the rear bumper on my 2002 V40 a few years back and posted a guide, with pictures, here: https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=262538

Hope that's useful; it's quite an easy job to do.
