CFE plus
Does anyone use a CFE plus unit in a P3? And if so does it work properly?
Migrated mine from the P2 to the P3 and the car went bonkers! It did it’s self test ok, but then there where lots of bonging from the car and the rear lights came on and wouldn’t go off etc, overall it was very unhappy! All I wanted to try was to see if it could display a coolant temperature readout. |

As I didn't know what a "CFE Plus" was, I googled it and looked up the website. I noticed there that your car is only supported by the Beta version of the CFE Plus software. That may be the problem. Beta software release is a way of getting the customer to do the testing that the software coder should be doing!

Probably the easiest and cheapest way to check is with a ELM327 Bluetooth dongle and a free app like torque or car scanner on a mobile phone. Works for me.
