Default DPF keeps regenerating

Hi,

I noticed that my D2 V40 2015 (MY '16) seems to keep on trying to regenerate the DPF. I am using Car Scanner to peek at how the car's doing every now and then, and no matter how long of a trip I take, at the end of driving the "Distance since last DPF regenaration" is usually either 0, or <50 km.
Additionaly, DPF soot never falls below 12 grams and the fuel consumption does not drop below 6l/100km.
DPF Differential pressure is <10 mbar idle and <80mbar when floored in neutral @3000 RPM.
There are no serious (and never were) warning messages on the dash, other than my own observations, everything feels normal.
Current odometer reading is a little under 245000 km (I'd say 75% highway, >100km/h), and the car has had all of the recall work done to it.
Time to flush the DPF? Or just business as usual until the car starts complaining?

Thanks!
