Default Bells volvo northampton

Hi, good evening everyone.
I am a new (2 weeks) owner of a V40 T2 Momentum 2018 and was wondering if any VOC owners have regular dealings with Bells Motor Group Northampton.
Do they recognise the VOC and offer/honour discounts?
If so, is it selective, i.e. parts only, or labour?
Do they offer a decent service and customer experience in your opinion?

I have been a continuous customer of Bells for 50 years - mainly for parts. Never had a bad experience. Being a family owned business they do seem to be more customer aware than the big groups. They do recognise the club and offer discount on parts - no idea on labour. For me it is not worthwhile dealing with FRF in Swansea for the discount as it is convenient and cost effective to use Bells.

Thank you for your response.
The only previous experience of Bella was way back in the 80's when the firm I worked for had a couple of 340's and a 440. One or 2 customers of ours also used Bells for servicing.
One ALWAYS made the point about being charged for screen wash when Bells topped it up when serviced.

They struck me as a company who would go the extra mile when you got to know particular members of the sales team. Especially if you bought the car from them!
