Thanks for the photographic detail of how this works. The obvious question is if you block the more likely route for the aux belt to interfere with the cam belt, will it then then (because of the guard) be more likely to take the less likely non-guarded route to interfere with said cam belt.
Probably a difficult one to answer I know. |

Yes please see first post, there is guide which engines it should fit.
Not 100% accurate, therefore you are required to take drivers side wheel off to take a look. |

AFAIK it will not fit XC90. Had a quick look on VIDA - Engines are same, but 2x bolt holes on left are taken by some engine support. Feel free to check and report back.

As you suggested, I checked the first post
There you state "XC90 - no need for extra protection" I think what you mean is "XC90 - cannot be fitted" since by your own recent link, it (or something similar) obviously is required. Cheers Dave |
