Default 2004 XC90 T6 Cam Belt.

Good evening all,

Looking for a bit of advice, I have a 2004 XC90 T6 @106000 miles and will be booking it into a local indipendent Swedish car garage for an oil leak and suspension knock. I was tempted to have the cam belt and associated parts changed, The cam belt was last changed at 60,000 miles. Is it worth changing the belt, water pump and tensioners again after only 65,000 miles. I understand the service interval states 105000 for cam belt change.

Any advice would be gratefully received.

shakester, do you know the tensioners and idlers where done, on both the Cam and Aux belt ?

What about the alternator pulley ?

I know the belt was changed on mine, but I don't know what else, so for peace of mind, I'm doing the lot. I think its worth it, just in case.
