V70: General - V70 D3 - Door Lock / Actuator

I'm having issues with my Drivers Door Lock on my Volvo V70 D3 2010 (R-Design).

My Key fob unlocks all the doors apart from the Drivers one, however when I press the unlock button numerous times it eventually opens it.

Also, when I lock the car, I have to push down the drivers lock button manually before shutting and locking it.

Think it maybe an actuator problem, are these easily fixable? Is it worth spraying some WD40 in, could that help?

I also have an Alarm System Service Required message - Volvo want to charge me £80 for a diagnostics check to see what the error is! I doubt I will use them, but use the independent mechanic I use.

Anyone else had this same issue please? Looking for advice.
