Why do you want to feed the turbo oil drain into the block?

In that case i've totally misunderstood the OPs question Mark - i was under the impression he wanted to divert it from going straight into the sump (where it would be easiest and return the oil quicker) into the block first?

The hole is in the block just above the sump. If you wanted to fit a flexible hose you can get a fitting that goes in the hole

The big question remains though - have you got it running yet?

Its not clear if you want to block it completely or just get the correct seal for the pipe.

The seal is a square section O-ring mainly only available from Volvo, or as a volvo part number from another seller. Noone has figured out where to buy them as a standard seal.
