This is the setup on the 940. Taken from above with the glovebox removed. Switch is to the right.

I never realised it was one of those bulbs.

Skandix have the best price I’ve found for OEM

Worth getting some if you’re ordering some other parts from them otherwise delivery is expensive.

A bit different to the 7xx in that case.


What was in there but bulbholder is missing - new LED lamp sat next to it.


New lamp prepared with 1/4" male spades ready to plug into connector on loom


Fitted and tested ^^^^^ from the top and from "inside" :



Don't see why the 9xx couldn't be modified the same way and one of those LED lights is cheaper than just the bulb from Skandix and shouldn't ever fail.
