Exclamation XC70 2.4L Going in limp mode

Hello everyone.

I seem to always hit a dead end on my Volvo XC70 Cross Country, 2006, 2.4l Diesel.
I first got the check engine light, then took some advice and sent the turbo to be cleaned. Turns out it wasnt the turbo, then noticed that the Electric acctuator was not moving at all, got it checked and it was bad, bought a new one, and the car was still going in limp mode, checked again for fault codes, and i got some 2A00 Fault code something to do with the DPF Particulate Trap, although i changed it because it has blown off once it still makes my car go ijn limp mode, so i tried to use it on another volvo with the same DPF and it seemed to work, didnt get any errors, so i really do not understand where the problem is, i need some advice help, everything i can get.

Thank you.

Limp mode...just that? any other symptoms. Mine would go to limp mode due to gearbox oil and fuel filter. both replaced and no limp mode.

Does it goes to limp mode when its cold or hot? Are there any things you might feel or hear before going to limp mode? Does it go away if you turn it off and then on?

No matter if its hot or cold, i get no sounds, the engine sounds good, when i start her up it goes into limp mode, tried to delete the fault code, at first teh car didnt show the check engine light and i didnt even get a chance to go 100m it went into limp mode, and now even if i delete it as soon as i start her up it goes straight to limp mode, Want to mention that the fuel filter is new, particulate filter is also new.

But when the previous DPF pressure sensor has blown off i dint have a chance to look if the pipes were clean, could that be a problem?

And after i changed the DPF sensor i changed the flexible tubes too but didnt order some special thing just used some i found in my home, could that be a problem too?

So i fixed the limp mode turns out even tho i changed the DPF preassure sensor it was still bad, but now i have another problem, it seems that i have a boost leak or something, i can feel the car wanting to pull but its just not pulling and i get this air blow sound under the hood, and why i accelerate i get smoke from the turbo, i looked and i found a hole in the turbo, is that normal? :O

If you can hear a blowing sound coming from under the hood I would check all the pipe work coming form the turbo first.

I had this issue on my 1.6 Drive.
Extra pressure from the (probably) stuck dpf built up in the Turbo and eventually cracked that and the surrounding pipes.

It's a bummer.
