Default alarm code 'Cem-6C30'

So in an attempt to sort my remote central locking and alarm issue . I checked the SCM batteries , dismantled box , charged up batery , refitted and tested a few times over the last few weeek... It holds charge at over 7.2 v , and pushes out at the 3 pins circa 4v , and 2.v ( i seem to remember, but might be wrong .. But neverless , battery voltage above 7.4V ... Vut when plugged into car , No joy ,, but have a code Cem - 6C30..

Cant clear with Vida , and cant find a decent explanation of the code other than internal fault.... Maybe the battery is suppose. But to spend £25 on a new battery unnecessarily is against my principals..

Any experience folks ?

Does this help?
Damaged fuse.
Internal fault in the siren control module (SCM).
Battery voltage too low.
Too low voltage in the internal battery in the siren (SCM).

Does VIDA give you a better description/fault finding process to work through?
