vertical bonnet gas strut

Hiya there,

Can someone confirm the part number for me? I get a quinton hazell gas spring - 128630 come up.

Also, fitment...Iv tried to take this thing off but cannot foligure out how, with the ford gas struts you just unscrew the ends and change the fittings at either end if they arr wrong, these seem stuck in place and wont undo...is there a technique or a proper refit procedure that I am oblivious to?
