Replace back door speaker on Volvo V70N?

Hi,

I got a Volvo V70N 03 where one of the speakers in rear door is dead. I have drilled it out and fetch a new one on the scrapyard. But when mouting it with new rivit the rivit would not work and it ended with the broken speaker frame

So what to do now?

Could I use silicon or glue to mount it? Will it hold even when the door is slammed?
I have the original speaker, could the frame be switched? I have not found a obvious of opening it?
"Just" buy a new one from the scrapyard and mount it with regular screws?

drill a small hole in the plastic tab and self tap it to the door
