Default Front parking lights not working

Hi all my front parking lights are not working . I replaced the bulbs as they were blown but even the new ones don’t light up . I then checked the fuses and they were fine , replaced them anyway but still no parking lights. What should I be looking at now ?

Get the multimeter out and the wiring diagram.
Check for voltage on the headlamp connector
Using the wiring diagram, check for voltage at the output of the CEM
You may have a bad relay on the CEM....

Depending on the age of the car, the CEM relay is either a plugin relay, or a soldered on relay.

Both can be replaced with the right tools.

Being an idiot with these sophisticated electronics where is the cem (2010 model) ? I have looked in the Haynes manual and can follow the wiring until it goes into the central fuse box and after that being an idiot I get lost .
