Yep, sold for around a grand on ebay a couple of weeks ago - which I'd say is about the right money. Apologies for the first post but it is kinda annoying to see a car back up for sale again at an over inflated price - ebay generally gives a good indication as to how much things are worth!

Really nice car though, arguably one of the nicest for sale I've seen for many years (was a similar green 3 door GLS recently). Good luck with the sale, will keep an eye on the price as I'm pretty gutted I didn't bid haha.

From what I can see it doesn't look like it's had any recent paintwork? - it's just THAT clean

If only finance was available on cars of this age. My heart would rule my head and I would be in there like a shot. Sometimes its not about the value, its about what it is worth to the person that wants to own such a lovely item.

I am going to bed tonight and have a dream that I have bought this car and that its a lovely sunny day on which I am out for a drive with my favourate music playing and my family with me.

The problem will be when I wake up in the morning and have to come back to reality.

Its nice to have a dream though.

Ian.

The Tailgate stripes are standard on the early GLT from 1982 -1984 model year . They vanished from the 1985 model year at the same time as the alloy wheels changed
