Grey driver side seat belt

Morning all, does anyone know where to get a replacement belt for the drivers side front? Mine is heavily frayed but I only seem to be able to find the whole unit and just want the belt.

As far as I know, you can only get the whole unit. I have also searched for the belt only, but had no luck.

Cheaper option will be to buy a passenger seatbelt mechanism (much cheaper on ebay than the driver side) and get the belt out and fit it on your driver's side. See my guide here: http://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=132009

Had the same problem last week (driver seat belt).Found the guide by Gatos, bought front passanger seat belt of ebay £17.50 +pp,delivered today.
Followed the guide by Gato's "excellent", start to finish around 45/50 mins. The belt looks new.
