Default Noisey door mirrors

Hi folks.
Both of my door mirrors work as they should. They fold, unfold and adjust correctly without issue.
However, they are so noisey when they fold. They don't squeak, rattle or grate.
It is the sound of the motors/gearing doing their job.
Is there any way to quieten them down. If so how do I go about this?
🤔🤔🤔🤔

Is this a new noise or are you getting cabin crazy with social isolation??!
In all seriousness, they've always been noisy as they motor/gearbox is all mounted directly to the door mirror so noise is amplified through the structure.

🤣🤣 Cabin crazy ha ha
It's always done it but last night I unlocked the car at one in the morning and the mirror noise was really amplified by the silence.
I will buy it some ear muffs 😂😂

Perhaps a little aerosol spray white grease or PTFE dry spray lubricant on the plastic gear wheels?
