Default Glow plug leads - how do I replace them??

Hi all,
So i'm continuing with my checks and maintenance on my 2006 V70 D5 AWD which I've had for 3 weeks. I've come to the point where I give the glow plugs a look and test to make sure they are all working correctly by checking the resistance of each plug.
However, I came to removing the cap on the first plug and it came apart. The plastic inner tube stayed on the glow plug but the plastic cap piece broke in two.
At that point I replaced the cap and didn't go any further. The car still starts ok.

My two questions are:
Can I replace the caps by simply buying new one's, which I assume just come with two wires ready for connecting into the loom, and joining them to the existing two wires coming out of the main wiring loom?

Does anyone know where I might buy the replacement caps and wires. I'm trying to avoid main dealer prices if possible.

Thanks for any help.

I repaired mine by reinforcing the original connectors with heatshrink tubing.
It took minutes and was preferable to replacing wiring.
