Recommend a great V70 independent garage in Essex?

Hello All

Can anyone recommend a really good Volvo V70 independent garage/ mechanic in north Essex? I have a 2006 V70 that needs the swirl flap assembly replacing. I purchased a new and complete Volvo Swirl flap assembly kit from Rufe (Volvo Swansea) but have had a crisis of confidence about tackling the task of removing the old assembly and fitting the new. I really like the car and the swirl flap arm repeatedly falling off the worn swirl flap cam is the only issue. However the car has 164000 miles on it and I really can’t afford dealership prices. Any recommendations gratefully received

Sorry I can't help yet, but I am also looking for a good independent Volvo mechanic in north Essex
I can recommend Mick at Essex Volvos for breaker parts 07888 899405 however.
