Default Starting problem returned

Hi, hope everyone's had a good new year, Back in April i was having problems starting when the engine was warm, renewed stat and coolant temp sensor, genuine volvo items, which seemed to cure the fault, now within the last few months the same problem has returned, starts from cold and starts when hot no problem, but when it's warm it just turns over and over and if it does catch it feels like it's flooding itself and cuts out, then needs to be left approx 30 minutes until cooled down properly then starts again as if nothing was wrong, i've heard of cheap pattern parts failing quite quickly but genuine volvo parts, after 8 months?, all suggestions appreciated, oh it's a 99 s70 2.5 10v auto with dizzy and leads, Paul..

I have been battling my 850R for over a year on this starting issue. replace the idle control valve. silver cylinder next to throttle body. one plug. I'm doing that tonight. Mine's stuck fully open o is flooding to the point where its mixing with my oil. you're is probably stuck half way. replace and post up results.
