Finished my rear door cards and also gave the speaker covers a quick refurb

Old wrinklies

New painted ones

Manky speaker cover

Quick rub down

Paint and new foam

Looking better

Big improvement to get rid of the old doorcards and the speaker freshen up finishes it off. I'm tempted to fit new speakers if I can get some that fit behind the original covers

Vast improvement Mark! For speakers, 5.25"/13cm slim magnet coaxial or triaxial speakers will fit in place, you might want the adaptor rings for about a tenner on fleabay as well as the speaker screw holes aren't equally spaced.

Default Curly Wurly

The last little job i managed before the weather turned was to remove the horrible curly tail pipe and replace with a straight pipe and chrome tip. I have to say that I normally hate mods to cars but I think it looks a million miles better and keeping the tip at 60mm keeps it pretty subtle

Little piggy tail

Gone !! I felt it was a bit too far back to start so moved it out slightly

No sound difference in sound. In fact whilst I was doing it I had to nip out to shops with no tail pipe and it's no different either

I painted them with spray vinyl dye. The were originally grey ones that came out a 940 that I broke. Fronts were more work as I removed the door pockets to get proper coverage.

Don't suppose you've got a link for that exhaust tip too, have your Griston64? I like the look of that.

It took a while to come as it wasn't a UK seller

This is what I used onto the back box
