missing pipe on firetrap assembly
Hello to all,
First post. Own a 850 2.5 20V. One of my first jobs was to remove the firetrap, it was blocked and somebody had poked an hole in it with a screwdriver - I've removed it. However, I've noticed that their is a pipe missing from the surrounding assemble. In the Haynes manual (which for the 850 I find very poor) it says not to remove these two pipes at all. The larger of the two has been pulled off completely and I'm not sure where it should go to - I have to purchase it first! Can anyone point me to where the larger (approx 3/8th's" dia) should go to? Cheers, Colin |

RE: missing pipe on firetrap assembly
Thanks Richard for the email. I see the pipe should go to the oil seperator. Saved me a lot of looking!
