S60 2.4 t 2002

Hi here's my dad's s60. 2002 auto with leather etc. Full mot no advisories and cambelt changed. New tyres on from new battery. Slight delay sometimes shifting from neutral to drive but always been like that and drives very well. Car is in lancs near Blackpool. Was hoping to get £1095 Ono as funds needed for bathroom adaptation for dad.
