Default 2009 XC60 swap for an XC90

In November 2013 I bought a 59 plate XC60 2.4 Drive with 70,000 miles and full service history. I had been hunting for a while to find one with a family pack (integrated booster seats/power child locks etc) and a Sat Nav. The XC60 has a volvo main dealer warranty till November 2014.
However, the missus has decided that I should have bought a seven seater to due to the age difference of the three kids. (Our last two cars have had seven seats). She is keen to look at the Ford Galaxy but I am wanting to stay with Volvo.
Im after a swap for a Volvo XC90 of a similar age (2008 onwards) and a similar or lower mileage. I would prefer a similar spec which would rule out most of the XC90 actives out there. Ive also looked at the Audi Q7, Merc E class estate seven seater and Ford Galaxy titanium.
Any thoughts or suggestions
Thanks
Justin

Any pics?

Is it AWD?

Indeed any other info - colour, condition, bhp etc?

I am running a very tidy 2007 D5 XC90 with 71k on it...& still swithering whether to 'stick or twist' (after three happy years with it). I don't really need the extra space a 90 gives over a 60...but it does feel ultra safe...and whole family love it, so it's a real dilemma. Been considering 60's although would ideally prefer a younger, lower mileage car.

Thanks for the reply. Its the 2 wheel drive version which is better on fuel and I think its 185BHP. Its a pale blue colour which is unusual but really suits the car. If youre still interested PM me and we can swap photos and discuss. Thanks Justin

Thanks the reply mate. The fact it's not AWD is likely a deal breaker for me I am afraid. That's ideally what i am after (although fully appreciate a 2wd car with winters may almost be as effective for my needs).

Shame as it sounds like a nice car (colour etc)...

Let's leave it for now, but I wish you all the very best with getting the deal you are after.

I have a 2004 XC90 T6 Executive, in metallic gold, just in case you're interested. It has a very Nice Zavoli LPG conversion and the previous owner had a brand new gearbox fitted by Volvo. Nice condition throughout.

Please PM me if you're interested either way as I don't often have time to browse the forum these days.
