Default DTSC Warning Light only

Hi All,

My XC60 threw up a DTSC warning yesterday, today it has persisted so i'm guessing something is actually wrong and its not just a moody signal.

If its the DTSC only and its not throwing up ABS or City Safe warnings would I be correct in assuming its likely the NS Sensor or ring that's faulty?

Reading some other posts it appears the Near Side is DTSC and is a black sensor and the Off Side is City Safe which is a Grey sensor.

I'm getting DTSC only.
Cheers

Did you mean DSTC ? My XC60 threw a "DSTC Service required" message at me randomly few months ago while I was driving on the A1M and the first thing I though was ... ABS sensor or wiring fault ??? The car kept on going fine for another hour. As I came off A1M and I slowed down I could feel slight hesitance from the D5 engine (no EML light on at the time) The more I drove the worst the hesitation became which was now more like a misfire with EML light On !!!
I would not have guest in a million years what the actual fault was until a Diagnostic scan was performed ...
Intermittent misfire on cylinder No. 3 ... Yeah, I know. WHAT ?!?!... This was caused by a dirty connector on No.3 injector and wiring starting to brake up. (Few pix enclosed)
My advise is... get it scanned ASAP.
