240GLT full mot starts first turn of key
Hi all i have for sale if anyone is interested my blue 240GLT 166K.i think i posted the story of this car about eight months ago but will do it again .i got this car of a lady just over a year ago basically just for the no plate (not in sale).it had to be mot (£500)nov 07 and taxed and i think insured to get the no plate. i drove it around for about 2 days and then took it of the road and i fell in love with it "dont make them like they used to and all that" so rather than selling it i was going to keep it as a collectors item due to its condition .anyway 1 year down the line i have decided to let it go as i need the room in the barn .i have just had it mot and it has had a new waterpump,new wheel bearing.previous to that (the previous mot)it had new discs on rear,both new clutch cylinders master and the other one, new tyre,new wiper motors,new battery,brakepads, and other bits and bobs blokes at the garage were most impressed with her.now this car starts first turn of the key and ticks over lovely no leaks anywhere and drives lovely. it has the usual glt stuff heated front seats (leather),electric mirrors elec windows,front fogs,tow bar,alloys, etc will even throw in an original volvo roofrack.it is cheap to insure and any test drive is welcome i dont really know what it is worth and i have just spent £200 on mot so am open to offers.i do know that this car has many miles left in her and would not hesitate driving anywhere in the country will try to add some pics but struggled last time any question please ask
