Default Front bumper removal

Next question. How easy is it to remove the front bumper on my 2013 S80. I have a busted washer jet for the window, and the previous owner stuck the small white plastic flat to the bumper, but its since blown off. I have 2 replacement jets and 2 replacement caps, but I have not taken the bumper off before.

Worth noting the bumper is in a bad state of repair, not terrible but I do plan at some stage in getting it replaced and re-painted (friends who own a body shop are doing it for free for me) but not yet, so a few scuffs I can live with.

Anyway, just if anyone has any step by step to doing it, woudl be great.
