Default S90 power boot

Hi everybody, my first post here.

I have recently picked up a lovely S90 D5 r design, I’m extremely happy with it apart from one bug bear. I’m Hoping somebody will have an answer to this. I transport kayaks on the car and they overhang the boot section. When kayaks are loaded I cannot open the boot as it will hit the kayaks before closing.

I know the v90 has a manual setting where you can control the tailgate lift height... is there something similar I can do for the S90

Kind regards

John

It will be in the manual if boot lid opening can be limited.
I can not see anything in the S90 manual, on the XC90 you open the tailgate and stop it at the height you want it to limit it to, then press and hold the close button for at least 3 seconds to set it to that position. You could try this on your boot lid.
