Default d5 ecm-18b0 error

hi. almost 2 years ago i did replaced swirl flaps. now on i have nothing on a dashboard but sometimes car is bit sluggish. vida shows me swirl actuator offset fault but its look like its moving. when i did several times electronical swirl movement car back to normal had plenty of power and after 2 weeks happened again its bit sluggish no dash errors.just stored error in a computer with offset fault ecm-18b0. what i have spottted few Times i had a small jerk and car back to normal or get sluggish. is it something wrong with swirl flaps or could be swirl motor dying(looks like its moving)
