Volvo XC90 DAB upgrade
Help please?
I have just bought my first ever Volvo and I love it. I was playing with the radio and selected AUX and I heard a radio channel being played. I noticed that it looks like there is a digital aerial on the windscreen however none of the radios buttons change the channel.I noticed DAB mentioned on the service schedule. Does anyone know where or how I would change the radio channels please? There are two aux style leads in the glovebox but no other control unit. Any advice gratefully received. Cheers Basher |

There was no standard DAB radio supplied with the first generation XC90
So whatever is fitted to your car is an aftermarket device Look through the owner's papers and see if you can find a Owner's Manual or some document telling you which might be fitted.

Thanks. Sadly no paperwork relating to the fit. I have the car booked in for a health check at Volvo so will quiz them.

Good luck with that...
What channel is it that you are hearing? What year is your car? Is anything connected to the aux leads in the glovebox? Is anything plugged into the aux-in point in the centre console? Contact the previous owner through details on the V5 (Hmmm - can you still do that??) Cheers Dave |
