Don't think that that is the issue. I had it working and then the laptop started to install updates and that's when it all went Pete Tong!

pity the instructions are badly translated Chinese and the install video is all Chinese too!

Does anyone use Vida whilst running DRWeb AV software?
Have tried it but it just won't run and the AV software doesn't report anything untoward.

All coupled up, plugged in and the Dice Diags report the unit is working correctly but cant do squat with Vida. The communication has no picture and does nothing.
Can anyone help?

Entered the VIN number and now getting Object doesn't support property or method 'DiagnosticAllowed'

Dave...... Please read the instructions I emailed you.
The no communication tool fix is there. The other error you're getting is most likely because you've installed Vida on top of a previously corrupt installation.

Found that and sorted it, but now am getting this when trying a fault trace, reference information or vehicle communication.
