Unhappy Prop shaft sized into haldex flange :-(

Hi everyone,

I’m struggling at the minutes trying to replace my pump on a gen 3 haldex.

I have removed the bolts for the prop shaft but it’s stuck in there. 2 extra holes in the back of the flange don’t have threads so I can’t push it out from the back. Tried putting a bolt in there and hammering it. Tried bashing it with a hammer too. Been soaking in penetrating oil for a few days.

Anyone else had any experience removing these? Had 2 days on it now haha.

Any help would be appreciated 😬

Have you tried dropping the centre bearing? If that doesn’t relieve it a heavy copper hammer should
