Smile Anyone had the PAS pump pulley off?

Has anyone had the power steering pump plastic V-pulley off? or does it indeed come off? Theres what appears to be a hex/allen fixing, but neither the 8 or 10mm one in the set i have fits, (sods law probably means its a 9mm!) but im wondering if you can get the pulley off easily as most pumps seem to come with the plastic pulley pre installed which makes me wonder why..

Also seems to be a threaded section inside (see closeup), is some sort of puller used to remove it?

A pic attached of the pulley (its the top one on the vbelt run)

Car is a P2 S60 D5 (06)

I've not had to venture there fortunately but it looks like the kind of job that needs a £20 single application tool that you'll probably never need again.

There's quite a few vids on YouTube under Power Steering Pulley Removal and I think the principles are broadly the same with maybe a couple of alternatives.
This is an example which may not even be relevant but the bloke is called Bruce Bonebrake so it's got to be worth a watch for that reason alone.
