Yes, it is Gatos ,just fitted in a different place as you know.

I am not trying at all to upset the apple cart but the correct part has to be fitted it`s not like different types of brake pads!!!!

S/V40 `99 1.8 N/A = FPR Number 9146761 Rick`s one Non Turbo engines also 850 models

S/V40 Phase 1 & 2 T4 all turbo`s = FPR Part Number 9404583

That is because it`s Non Turbo S/V40 is the same.

Well the fuel reg i have here come off my mates T5 Chelle belle on here and i was driving with it for a long time,so how do you explain that?

Of course it will work Rick because it is an FPR with the same design but some performance will be lacking as you can imagine a Turbo at full chat will use more fuel than an N/A motor and the proper FPR part will acknowledge this with better performance.

There are a lot of years between 1997 & 2012 and a lot of owners as well so who is to say someone somewhere cut corners because of the expense and fitted a 2nd hand wrong FPR , nobody knows. But it is the wrong one for the job. It isn`t me saying this it is Volvo!

Then each to his own.
