Default Ate or girling on a 92 240 se?

Hi guys, before I take the wheel off to have a look, on a 1992 se estate were both types of brakes being used or just the one? Need to get some pads and want to make sure I get the right ones

Girling probably. If the pins that hold the pads in are held in with R clips at the back Girling. If they just tap in no R clips ATE.

Girling is by far the most common.

The chassis plate does tell you what was fitted at the factory but they could well have been changed

The only way to really know is by looking at the pins that hold the pads
