Default replacement engine

its auto i would prefer manual, but that would include a gearbox change which is not worth it as i only paid 1300.

i had to replace my engine when i first got the car (earlier this year) when i got mine done i replaced the clutch and all belts including timing and full PCV system replaced and cat back scorpion stainless exhaust, i supplied everything including the engine which was £325 only had 34k on it with full history to back it up, labour was £500 but that included all fluid replacement and fitting of all supplied parts.

All in it cost me £1500 job done

hope this helps

r u thinking about the one from 440-turbo?

i think the R engine is slightly stronger but apart from that its the same just runs different ECU for a bit more power.

I didint know he had one available ... But I was just trying to
To keep my options open as I don't really need any of this hassle
But need to think whether it's worth it not sure yet ..

Bit gutted as I sold my 528i BMW which was a peach of a car
Much better build quality not as much oomph though
