Default Wheels explained for a newbie....

I've damaged the wheel on my 1993 Volvo 440 SXI and need to replace it and the tyre. I've looked at the numbers on the wheel itself and apart from ET37 none of the other numbers on the wheel come up in a google search.
The wheel is stamped Volvo and I'm pretty certain is the original. Can anyone help and tell me what exact replacement I would need? For example is it an alloy or steel and what size is it?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi,

A photo of the wheel would be handy..

Also there is a post in General about Volvo wheels with a link which may be of use...

Tried to attach photo but not having any of it.....
I've worked out that it's steel and using four bolts.
