  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

In the US there are laws that protect the consumer on this case. Owners can use any parts and shops and even fix their own cars and the manufactures can't deny them guarantee coverage. It should be like that is the UK. If it isn't it should be implemented. That is not a fair practice.
I am a mechanic of 32 years. I worked a lot on Volvos when they were good 70's. I don't recomend them today. Too expensive and the quality is not the same. Plus they have made them way too complicated and the parts are too expensive. There are many other cars today at about the same price that are better cars. I will choose a BMW, Buick, Mercedes, Audi Honda, Toyota, etc before I buy a Volvo.
