my old chap was an HGV driver so ended up doing the 3-5am motorway stint alot. When he caught up to a car doing 40mph on the M4 swerving from side to side near Bristol he got on the phone to the bill, and they were more concerned with weather he was on hands free than the car in front of him.

Cheers for that. Hmm might look into this more, I do wonder if anyone has actually been charged with it.

it was about 5 years ago. i tend to gloss over a bit with some of his tales, but if i recall correctly the 999 callcentre were really interested in his handsfree situation. I think he said a Motorway car then caught up with them and pulled the other car over. My chap certainly wasn't "done" for anything.

Worried how we've got a photo of a V70 described as an XC90, issues over morality of reporting, injured driver, possibly drunk or maybe a medical problem, and you stood there videoing it on your phone because connected persons lived in that block in case it damaged their house, didn't call 999, but now post it on here?
Take a look at yourself

Well well, another keyboard hero . the fact the number plate comes up as an xc90 obviously escapes you.
If i saw you getting in or out a car , drunk, i would video you too.
And if you smashed in your head , tuff, you deserved it.
