Think i may have struck lucky with colour choice on one in production as that seems quick. Having said that my last XC60 (4 years ago) was ready in 8 weeks
What is the spec?

It's a T5 Momentum, standard spec, Osmium Grey with Blond interior so probably a fairly common build.

Didn't add any options as it's a lease and I begrudge paying full price for something that stays on the car after I'm done with it.
It has the important things I look for in sat nav, phone integration, leather seats, heated seats, media player so I'm happy enough with standard spec. If I was buying it I may have added a few bits and pieces.

I think you just struck lucky in that your dealer already had a suitable model already in their production cycle as a "Stock" order for showroom display/sale.

I know - I have nearly £5k of extras, but despite it being a lease, it's still MY car for 4 years.
The 4 year price is a little over £22k and there's no way I could have that spec for that price otherwise.
I may see if the lease co will sell it to me, but I expect there will be a newer shiny-er car to choose from - and who knows - by then petrol may be being taxed so high a Hybrid/Electric car will be the only option!

I ordered an XC60 today. It will be a Fusion Red T5 Inscription with Blond interior, Air suspension, Intellisafe, Xenium, 4 way Climate and rear heated seats and Harmon/Kardon sound.

I am told that if they can re-specify one in the pipeline to expect October delivery, if not it will be November. I will know more soon.

Like you mine is a lease, ordered 7/8/18 its a T5 Momentum in Fusion Red with the Blond interior, only options are rear camera and spare wheel. Delivery is arranged for early January 2019 when my current VW Tiguan is due to go back, I wanted to stay with the VAG group but they have really screwed up WTLP and have not given out any MY19 specs/prices.

Has anyone already got a T8 with a factory order raised on March/April? I'm now in the 6th month waiting and not getting any positive updates from ALD.
